MBI recently united its portfolio of rural broadband companies, which includes Eagle Broadband and Northland Communications, under the Vyve name, most recently purchasing FamilyView Cablevision of S.C. Vyve’s footprint covers rural markets in 16 states, with the company upgrading systems to Gigabit speeds. “When we acquired these systems we added the TVOne Network across most of our footprint that didn’t carry the network. Our market demographics tend to be slightly more mature and our customers truly appreciate the diverse content offered by TV One. The network also providers programming that is appreciated in our markets that have lots of ethnic diversity. Not to mention, I am a big fan, so that helps as well!”
